These sessions are usually 4 people maximum capacity. These sessions are suitable for EVERYONE and fully inclusive regardless of your fitness level, age or gender. These sessions are semi-personal in that our qualified personal trainers will make modifications in line with your current fitness level and switch up any exercises to compensate for any injuries or instabilities. The sessions are ideal settings to learn about lifting weights and the fundamentals of
resistance training.
