Over the years, I have worked with many personal trainers, and Carly is absolutely the best! She assesses where your body is at, and adjusts your workout accordingly. She keeps just the right balance of no-nonsense and fun. When COVID-19 hit in Spring 2020, my fiancé and I continued to train with her over Zoom, 30 minutes each, twice a week. We thought that it would just be a stopgap until we could train in person again, but our strength and fitness levels continued to progress, so when she moved back to the UK we continued to train with her rather than switch to a local trainer here in the SF Bay Area.
